SPECIAL SCHOOL SCHEDULE - STANDARDS BASED ASSESSMENTS & STUDENT LED CONFERENCES
WEEK OF APRIL 5-9
Due to the SBA Testing for Juniors and the Student Led Conferences, there will be a special schedule this week.
Monday, April 5th - 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th graders all report on this day. We will be on a "Friday Schedule" this day. Periods 1-7.
Tuesday, April 6th 11th graders WILL report to school for SBA Testing all day. 9th, 10th and 12th graders - NO SCHOOL
Wednesday, April 7th 11th graders WILL report to school for SBA Testing all day. 9th, 10th and 12th graders - NO SCHOOL
Thursday, April 8th 11th graders WILL report to school for SBA Testing all day. 9th, 10th and 12th graders - NO SCHOOL STUDENT LED CONFERENCES WILL BE HELD THIS DAY FOR ALL GRADES. (Please make an appt. with your students' advisory teacher)
Friday, April 9th STUDENT LED CONFERENCES WILL BE HELD THIS DAY FOR ALL GRADES. (Please make an appt. with your students' advisory teacher). NO scheduled classes for students on this day.

New Mexico High School Competency Exam
Eldorado students who need to take the high school competency exam will be notified of their testing time no later than March 1. Testing for these students will begin March 2.

PRE-REGISTRATION DATES FOR CHARTER/PRIVATE/TRANSFER AND HOME-SCHOOLED STUDENTS
May 6th 7:00 am - 8:00 am May 12th 11:00 am - 12:00 noon May 18th 2:00 pm - 3 :00 pm
Registration will take place in the Senate Room downstairs in the Administration Bldg.

COUNSELING NEWS
Student and parents: Make sure to check the counseling department link periodically for ongoing events/deadlines.

Gradebook Wizard
You may access your student's grades and attendance through gradebookwizard.com. You should be receiving login information via your student's fourth period teacher either by email or through your student.

Graduation Cap & Gown Information
All Seniors were given cap, gown and announcement information today at the Senior Assembly (10/7). Campus Specialties will be on campus at lunch, as a courtesy, to take orders on Tuesday, Oct. 13th. After Tuesday, Seniors must go to Campus Specialties in Scotsdale Village to place orders. December 5th is the deadline for 1st orders. Prices go up after this date!
Extra packets can be obtained in the Activities Office.

EHS Attendance Procedure
Per APS attendance policy, written documentation is what is required to excuse an absence. Please do not call in to excuse an absence. When your student returns from their absence please provide written documentation excusing the absence to their grade level secretary.
*Absences may be excused for the following reasons with appropriate documentation. Illness Limited family emergencies; family death Medical, health, or legal appointments Suspensions Religious commitment College visits *All absences for other reasons are UNEXCUSED including: Non-school sponsored activities or trips Family vacations outside of the normally scheduled school breaks.

Who is your favorite teacher? Join FEA on May 8th to recognize them in a meaningful way for FEA's first annual 5K "Chalk Walk" to honor teachers, past, present and future. The registration fee is $15.00 for adults, and $10.00 for youth (6-13), children 5 and under are free! Registration includes a Chalk Walk t-shirt that can be personalized to honor a teacher that has made a difference.
